Dr. Naveed Rabbani is the Chief Medical Information Officer at the Boston Children's Pediatric Physicians' Organization. In this role, he leads the optimization of clinical IT systems and development of medical AI strategy to improve care delivery for a statewide network of primary care clinics. He is also a faculty member at Harvard Medical School, where he conducts applied informatics research and teaches in the Boston Children's Hospital Clinical Informatics Fellowship.
Dr. Rabbani is an engineer and physician leader. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an MD from Harvard Medical School. He completed a fellowship in Clinical Informatics at Stanford University. He has over 10 years of experience in the medical technology field, having served as a consultant for health technology start-ups and conducted research in industry and academia at Philips Research, Harvard Medical School, UCSF, University of Washington, and Stanford University.
